Nominations for romance covers issued in 2010!
Thank you to everyone who nominated a cover in 2009. The nominations for the 2009 cover contest are now closed.
The 2009 Cover Contest will be online and available for public voting in late April, 2010. Who will be this year's winners?

- The underlying novel could have been published previously, but the cover has to be new to 2010.
- E-Book cover nominations must include the date of first publication in order to be eligible for consideration.

Explanation of Categories
Best Single-Cover: (There are five subgenres)
- Contemporary
Features present-day romances and romantic suspense.
- Contemporary Series
Includes contemporary Harlequin/Silhouette "lines" with a Series type banner or look, such as Desire, Blaze, and Super Romance. (For Harlequin Historicals, see 'Historical' below.)
- Historical
Historical romances, including Harlequin Historicals and Traditional Regency.
- Alternate Reality
Includes both romances with a paranormal element and science fiction/fantasy with a strong romance element.
2-Cover: (Any Subgenre is eligible for nomination.)
"Two cover" means either:
- Stepback:
An additional color image on the inside or -
- Back Cover:
An additional image (usually people) which comprises more than 50% of the back cover.
Worst
Print covers from any subgenre are eligible for the Worst category. E-books are not
eligible unless they are published by a major publisher.
